Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policies Electrolysis works by time. Each scheduled time slot is reserved specifically for you. We require a $20-$25 deposit during each booking session. This deposit is non-refundable. Late Arrival Policy: Time is valuable for both our clients and our electrologists. Please arrive on time, or 5-10 minutes early as we have a waiting area. For late arrivals, the time lost will be deducted from your scheduled session. For example, if you book a 15-minute session and arrive 5 minutes late, the session will be shortened to 10 minutes, but the full price will still apply. Being on time is essential to ensure you receive the full benefit of your appointment. Cancelation Policy: We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If fail to do so a no call no show will result to a 30% cancellation fee on session price will be charged. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if cancellation is needed.
